Thank you for shopping with L.AVATE. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Undergarments or intimate apparel (if applicable)
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as L.AVATE is not responsible for lost return packages.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
CANCELING ORDERS
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
